Every time I'm in Ipoh I'll ask people there to show me Gunung Korbu. One told me that I can see Korbu clearly if I drive out of Puspakom Gopeng towards the main road. The Mountain in front is Gunung Korbu. Another told me that I can only see Korbu from Tambun toward Tg Rambutan. Yet another said driving down thw NS highway from the tunnel. I shud see Korbu as it is most stricking.
Can someone show me the Real Korbu?
I was told Korbu is a meer 3 feet lower than Tahan. But it doesn't get the attention as well as Tahan. Maybe we shud ask the survey dept to do a re-measurement? Old method of measurement may be inaccurate. Korbu could be higher than Tahan.
