A friend just drove from KT to Ipoh in just about 5 hours. Apparently he took the new K.Berang -Gua Musang road. The time covered could be much shorter he said, if the road is fully completed. From KT he took the road to Kuala Brang then to Gua Musang. There is a diversion though at Felda Aring. You need to pass Aring and on to Chiku where you meet up with the Gua Musang Kuala Krai road. No wonder there are now many hawkers selling keropok Lekor in Ipoh.
