Kayes, just the very place for afternoon tea and thin cucumber sandwiches. This would be a lovely setting for a garden party.

I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And i think to myself
What a wonderful world.

With such a lovely setting, you could spend the rest of your life here.
I just love it.

hello Blue Grass & joe, a few minutes ago I received an email from Vivian to say that, if you wish to book the Bukit Lowick Bungalow, the tel number is 03-2093600, ask for Norsamsiah.

"Get Here" by Oleta Adam is the appropriate (No mistake this time, Kayes. Smile) song for this lovely place. Smile

Hi Joe, you are a genius. The lyrics suit the setting perfectly. Orange, even your song, 'Get Here If You Can' is appropriate, especially now that Ipoh is a regular furnace. I'm looking longingly at this pic and the other Cameron Highlands pics.

Thanks Kayes for info. You must have stayed in this beautiful place before. Would you have any pics of the interior?

Blue Grass, I have stayed at Bukit Lowick a few times. I will see if I have any pics of the interior. I remember that vintage four poster bed with a bed pan to warm it up. If you walk to the right of pic, the view is fabulous.

Blue grass, its just as hot over here in KL but as you said, Ipoh is a regular furnace as there is hardly any movement of wind in the valley. I'm considering heading up to Frasers Hill for a day to cool off. I haven't been up there before and I'm wondering if its as nice as Camerons.

Hi Joe, did you make it to Frasers Hill? I too have not up there in Years. Wonder what it is like now. There is suppose to be a bird race coming up in Frasers. Did you by chance see groups of people with binos dashing about? You might have to convience Kayes that they were looking at birds of the feathered kind and not lassies! Cheers.

Hi Orange, thanks for the info. Looks like I'll have to postpone my trip when the weather is better. Maybe Genting might be better at such times.

Joe if you should spot a 'Teeny Weeny Itsy Bitsy Yellow Polka-Dot Bubbul' sunbathing, you will definitely make the headlines! I eagerly await news from you.

Blue grass, those days it was supposed to be tiny but these days those things are like practically none at all. Leaves nothing to the imagination, so to speak. Will definitely let you in on it once I see one. As the song goes 'For the good times' Smile

Wow! Kayes, a butterfly from you and a bird from Joe. The thought of discovering two new species is overwhelming!

Kayes, where is Bukit Lowick Bungalow located? Anywhere near Moonlight?

hello Blue Grass, it is not in the same area as Moonlight at all. You take the road fringing the golf course and head for the army camp. Halfway along this road, you can see a signboard stating "Bukit Lowick". The road leading up the bungalow is good, unlike the one that leads to Moonlight or Hilltop. But it is in Tanah Rata like Moonlight and Hilltop.
