Nice view Kayes from the Bouganvilla Club. I like the hills in the distance.

Joe, what is this Bouganvilla Club? I drove up to the entrance and it looked very quiet to me. Was it put up by Syuen Corporation of Kampar Road, Ipoh?

Kayes, it is a membership club just like the Ipoh City Country Club. Not sure if it is owned by Syuen Corporation. I've been there a few times for my gigs at company dinners and other than that, I've found this place to be very quiet unlike ICCC. Don't know how long it can survive.

Joe, I was thinking I could get some nice pics of that area from the higher floors of this club. Next trip I will bring along my tripod and my 400mm lens and see whether I can talk them into allowing me to climb up to the penthouse.

The last pic with the hills at the back gives the illusaion that the club is up in Genting Highalnds. Nice place to retreat.

Susan, I drove up there last Friday morning at about 7.30 am. The club is on a steep hill and the air was cool and nice like in Genting. I could see a few joggers. Only thing is that the club appeared eerie to me. No security guard was in sight and when I looked at the front reception area, I could see no one. Reminded me of one of the many abandoned castles in Germany.
